This week we've had the loss of the 42-day extension to the Terrorism Bill and now the dropping of SATS for 14 years old - both up to know marketed to us as vital and important planks to Government policy. It's obviously a good time right now to bury bad policies.
Now, this does raise the intriguing question of what's going to be next. ID cards anyone?
